Design Mart Silicon Valley is a wholesale furnishings showroom exclusively serving the needs of interior designers, architects and others who specify and purchase furnishings for their retail clients. We operate as a to-the-trade only showroom, and do not allow retail client access except when accompanied by a qualified Design Professional.
With almost 10,000 square feet of space, and representing more than 40 manufacturers of quality goods, Design Mart has achieved the critical mass to be a valuable resource for Designers. By supporting the breadth of products and wealth of selection that we do, the Design Professional can be confident that their trip to Design Mart will prove successful.
Whether you and your client are searching for a high end, full custom, upholstered sectional, or a moderately priced quick ship alternative, Design Mart has a solution to meet your design needs. We take pride in having assembled a list of quality manufacturers that address both the moderate and high end design solutions.

All of Design Mart’s furnishings, art, accessories, lighting, rugs and other goods are always available form the floor. This policy allows Design Mart to keep an ever changing flow of inventory circulating through the showroom, continually updating our look with new products from our long list of manufacturers. Many of our Designers frequently stop in at the showroom just to “see what’s new on the floor”.
As Sharon and Kevin both hail from Louisiana, true Southern Hospitality and Customer Service have become the hallmarks at Design Mart. We understand that the Design Professional has other resource options to purchase furnishings and accessories. We believe that the actual buying experience separates Design Mart from other showrooms and alternative venues. To that end we strive to offer our Professional Design Clients a “Platinum” buying experience when doing business at Design Mart.
Design Mart offers a complete array of refreshments, including great Cappuccinos and Lattes, either to cool you off in the summer, or warm you up in the winter. Planning to bring your client during lunch time? Let us know in advance and we will order in a working lunch for you and your client. Planning a late session after work? We can provide you with wine and appetizers to keep the “wolves at bay”.
A liberal “on-approval” program for items taken from the floor, high quality color copies, a dynamic and ever changing influx of available samples and floor inventory, extended showroom hours and a by-appointment option for after hour meetings, help to make Design Mart a unique place for the Design Professional to do business.
